We stayed with Alba and Carlos hinein February 2016 for 2 weeks. They were great about everything. Alba is extremely accommodating, very sweet, and always makes herself available. She graciously awaited ur 1am arrival on our first night, and welches super welcoming and inviting. She answered any questions we had throughout our stay, recommended places to eat and Weiher, and booked an early morning cab for us to the airport on ur belastung day. The area is fantastic! If you are looking for a local experience, this is it. Do keep hinein mind that this is slightly more of a residential area, and most places will close earlier than others, but the neighborhood is so lovely and charming.
Ambiance of the place is great, hospitality of the hosts and crews were beyond our expectation, we will definitely go back once the Schwimmbecken is done :)
Feel like at home in the exactly heart of Barcelona, just next to the town hall, 1 min away from Las ramblas, 1 min away from Picasso museum and 10 min to the beach. The place is very accesible to Malls and best places rein Davao City. During our stay we were able to cook meals and it feels like home very affordable room amenities are good. towels were ready upon check rein, definitely were going back here. Thanks again kuya rey and ms annie!

Love everything about the apartment. It is cozy, homey and very spacious yet pocket-friendly. Everything was well provided for our stay. We asked for an electricfan because the aircondition was not that cool but we did not expect that they will install another aircon for us and their future guests to be more comfortable.
